Eudaimonia Solutions recently became member of EURAXESS – a unique European Research Area (ERA) initiative of the European Commission supported by 518 EURAXESS Centres in 40 participating countries across Europe.
The EURAXESS network includes hundreds of academic and non-academic stakeholders from across Europe and provides access to a complete range of information and support services for European and non-European researchers wishing to pursue research careers in Europe. It offers access to the job market; assists researchers in advancing their careers in another European country and supports research organizations in their search for outstanding research talent.

The role of Eudaimonia Solutions is to support the carrer development of researchers both within academia and in their transiton to the industry. The Founder and Director of Eudaimonia Solutions, Natalia Blagoeva is a well-known expert within the network around Europe. During the last three years, she has facilitated many trainings and workshops within ImpactE Project, EURAXESS TOP III Project and EURAXESS Pipers Project in Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Slovenia, Spain and the United Kingdom on the subjects of Multi-cultural Intelligence, Leadership and Entrepreneurship. Today she continues to work as expert within the EURAXESS TOPIII and EURAXESS PIPERS Project mandated to support researcher career development.
